Hi , I purchased - ZeroLemon extended battery for Samsung Galaxy with TPU case in Sept. 2014. It had a 180 days warranty. I purchased it from ebay. PaisaPay id - *** dated 12 Sept., 2014 Serial no. mentioned on battery is Nitta-ZL-001 It worked fine till 15 Jan 2015 after which it is discharging rapidly even after charging 100 % completely and doesn't stand even for one day like it was working before for upto 3 days. Now, it doesn't even get charge properly. I expected this product to work properly for over a year . I always use my original Samsung charger for charging. I verified that my original Samsung battery is working fine .. i.e. charging and discharging normally as per usage and its life . It is more than 2 years old. (That's called brand image ) . I contacted the seller and they informed me as follows :-- "Due to eBay';s policy we kindly request that you contact us directly through the eBay platform." Seller Email - *** When tried thru ebay platform.. it displays that the support is till 30 days after delivery. No Chat available No Call available. Email link doesn't work too. . So, ebay too is a hidden thief ...with no intention to provide after sales support.
