My claim id is 1210708. Even after providiing POD(proof of dispatch) again and again and contacting customer service so many times I didn't get any refund (Rs. 45044/-) from claims department for over a month now. Even the grievance redressal officer has neither answered my repeated phone calles, nor he answered to my message left on the answering machine and emails sent to him. My profession is very demanding and I needed this laptop every minute. Unfortunately ebay and cglobal has given me a lot of tension, enxiety and mental pain.
