Remarks : As per our telephonic conversation on your registered number 9706219419 on 07 aug 2013 at 06.30 pm. We would inform you that we are closing the claim from our end and issuing coupon of Rs 500. The Coupon will be sent on your register email address and you can expect to receive it within 3-4 business days, which is valid for 1 month. Thank you for shopping with eBay.
Its almost three weeks by now that haven't received any coupon despite multiple complaints placed at the customer care.
