My Claim 1308311 still not resolved

I am fed up with ebay customer service.

I am with ebay for more than 4 years & doing hundreds of transactions every month however I had a very tough time with ebay customer service since last 2 months.My Claim 1308311 still not resolved

They are providing wrong information,Lie like anything & make fake promises.

Tried to contact saurabh shankar through emails & phone calls but no response at all.

They are getting worst day by day. call disconnections are routine now.

Does anybody know the top officials Like MD latif nathani's email or contact number or Amandeep Sing Munial Head customer service or Vidmay Naini.

I request you please help as it seems eBay is ditching the customrs now.

EBay return policy is not acceptable that is why I will never purchase from e bay in future.
My refund is pending since last six months while seller confirmed the acknowledgement of item received back.
Now I have no option but to prosecute EBay.
