I have brought a JBL Flip long before from Ebay, the first version which has bluetooth issues. When I took that to JBL service center for service they outright denied service saying that products purchased from Ebay will not be serviced say that on ebay they are many duplicate. I have heard the same recently for a JBL Tempo headphones where they said they wont service if borught from ebay. JBL is very cleaver in saying so, they allow their products to be sold on ebay but without warranty. Are JBL guys in such a condition that they cant find the duplicates.
So is Ebay a chor market or footpath online store, Ebay guys pls consider this and speak to the JBL company, if not stop selling JBL products. If required call to any service center in Bangalore atleast and speak to them a consumer and tell that you brought a product on ebay, you will know the response.
