ITEM NOT RECEIVED, NO REFUND, NO HELP FROM EBAY / SELLER

With respect to the concerned order, I (the purchaser) have contacted Ebay.in (the eCommerce Company) as well as vsbazaar (the seller, represented by Mr. Manikant Tomar) via phone and email. The Company as well as the Seller said that the item can not be delivered to my shipping address. Albeit both agreed to deliver the item vide execution of online tripartite Order Confirmation while receiving a payment of Rs. 19999/- from the purchaser on 02/02/16. Both Ebay and The seller failed to adhere by the Order Confirmation agreement and neither the item was delivered nor the money was refunded to the purchaser s account till this claim is raised.
