How to cancel an order

the order hasn't been shipped and i want to cancel it how to do that also i want to cancel the order not because of shipping but because i ordered the wrong product by mistake

How to cancel order ?  This eBay site has really a very very poor user interface.

Since more than 1 and half hour I am searching cancellation of order, but yet I didtn find it. Though I am myself is a software engineer and web application developer.

Chat support of Customer care is very very very worst.
