Help Regarding eBay India PayPal Purpose Code

I sell Books & Magazines on eBay India. I want to sell internationally. PayPal has made it mandatory to select a purpose code from a list of options.

Export of Goods
Cross border delivery of goods and services

As an eBay Seller, my common sense says that I should choose Export of Goods - Cross border delivery of goods and services.

But I also want to know the opinion of others.
