emi facility on debit card or internet banking

Why aren't giving EMI facilities on SBI/union bank debit card or internet banking? Many users like me who do not have credit cards can buy more products from e-bay.. As regular companies like sony, smsung lg are giving these facility thrugh their dealers...

dealers do a verfication and then give u product but here it is not possible

Auto debit and lock period could be the option for eBay. eBay India must think of it and shake hand with some bank to work in this way.

Like buyer agree with his/her Bank to pay certain amount in auto debit mode to eBay every month till all dues were clear.
