When there is a problem in shipment with such a gaint eBay, and mistakes in selecting vendor/shipping company, how not a small Seller gets his shipments be delayed due to some unknown reasons and T & S approve refunds and penalize Sellers. We are not telling that you to be on the side of Seller, but just understand that if Seller is genuine, you should give time for delivery. It happens in few cases.

You missed a lot and lot many Sellers/Buyers.
Get professionals, patient, attentive, smart, dedicated executives for Support and especially for Trust & Safety support. There should be another team 'Audit Team' who audits the Support activities and employee activities.
You can't address all issues by yourself, you may need to appoint few dedicated assistants to you.
we are not hurting you and we don't mean that. We know you are there and wise and don't need words from us. But its just a recall kind from us.
