Gift Not Received

It's been 7 months till mow i have not received christmas Gift for PaisaPay id. 25826048243.I have mailed them several times,but they stopped responding now.Today i called up customer care,she said she will escalate this.Donno when will i receive the gift.

Hi,

During NotOut Promotion scheme I had done purchase worth 33500.00+ which earned me 330 points. This points I redeemed against 2 gifts, out of which I received only one gift. I have been following up for 2nd gift, neither I have received the gift nor response to any of my communication fron eBay.

This is very unfortunate to me & 1st experience in my 5yrs relationship with eBay. Can someone guide me to resolve this issue.
