On 13th April,2016 I tried to make a purchase of the product: NEW WORLDTECH 7'' REARVIEW MIRROR WITH FULL HD VIDEO from ebay India. I made a payment through ICICI bank netbanking of INR 3243 (TXN ID - 0951405297). The amount of 3243 got debited from my account but the order was not placed. I contacted ebay support on the same day, and the support rep gave me the following service request no: 1-718 251 940 62, and said that the amount would be refunded to me within 3 days.
Next day, on 14th April 2016, I tried to buy the same product again. I did a payment through ICICI netbanking of INR 3159.34(Transaction ID 0951783952). Again the amount got debited from my account bu the order was not placed. I again contacted ebay support that day, and they said they have recorded both the issues in the request no. - 1-718 251 940 62, and that I would be contacted by ebay in 3 days.
On 18th April,2016, after waiting for 4 days. I contacted ebay support once again. This time the support rep gave me another service request no. 1-721 747 818 08, and made the same commitment of 3 days. I have still not been contacted by anyone from ebay, and my query remains unresolved.
How do I escalate this issue to the Grievance officer and beyond. This is pathetic service.
