I buy a HTC mobile but received dead mobile from eBay, after one month not received any refund.

I ordered a HTC mobile of Rs. 9064/- from ebay.in on dated 18-10-2014. But I received the same dead mobile phone after than I make a complaint to customer care next day. They say that your money is safe and refund the full amount after you return the product, So I was return the same on 1-11-2014 and our claim closed and I received a sms and e-mail that your DD is under process and you got the same within next 15 days. But today 06-12-2014 after more than one month I not get any money or DD from ebay.in. We are getting very-very bad experience from eBay online sales. Please help us for giving money back from eBay.

ya sala sabhi chor hai kucch maat lo inse haramkhor hain sala.

main sabhi ebay team sa kehna chahta hoon koi sahi si naukri kaar lo logon ko baabkoof maat banao .nahi to kissi din tumhara ofis aa kaar tumhari aama chod denge
