Nisha Infotech an ebay seller is selling 16 GB pendrive as 80 GB by sticking 80 GB sticker on 16GB marking.Also the pen drive is not accessible.

I'm not sure if you've already purchased the item but if you have, there is probably something such as dispute console and you can mark it as "Item not as described". It could be there, I haven't been using eBay for quite sometime. But there still should be something of such.
It's very true that seller's have to have some product knowledge on the goods that they're selling.

Ebay simply lies to customers about these Diwali gifts. They fraudulently offer gifts and then never send the gift. The support staff are simply instructed to wear out the customer. They simply said that a gift will be sent enter the code. There was no place to enter the code so i sent them a message immediately on purchase. There was no statement saying that the buyer will forfeit the gift if he does not enter the code during payment. There was no acceptance of the conditions of the sale. The product is not even worth the price without the gift. This is outright fraud. Those who have been hurt by this scam perpetrated by Ebay kindly contact me. I am a journalist and plan to expose these people with sufficient documented proof of their frudulent practices and even take them to court. Please send me details if u have been scammed by their promises of free gifts

Hi Robeen,
I was surprised to see positive feedback from you to Nishainfotech. I too was cheated by NishaInfotech. He said he will email me the Transcend utility only if I confirmed receipt of item in Ebay. After I accepted the receipt of item in Ebay, he did not send any Transcend utility and instead is arguing that he sent the right item. My pen drive shows only 448kb instead of 80gb. He is fake and is cheating gullible buyers like us. I wish Ebay will refund our amount and penalise such fraudsters. Ebay has to take action to keep us with them. Else they will lose me for sure.

Even i had a nasty experience with Nishainfotech. He is a cheat and selling fake items. I had purchased 3 No. from him Out of wich 1 was an empty box when i contacted him about that he started blaming me. He asked me to confirm the recipt of item only then he will send the utility And started saying that he has sent the right item. When i asked him his address for shipping the item back to him he did not gave me his address and after that he is not answering my call.

I have opened case in resolution center for item significantly not as described and i hope to get my refund for the item

Ebay this is sheer madness to have this seller still selling on ebay with 37.5% feedback score.

In 1 month 7 negative feedbacks and he or she is still selling on ebay. This can happen only in India.

Hi,
Few things about pen drives or other flash memory products.
1) They are always available in 1,2,4,8,16,32,64,128 GB format. 80 GB is totally out of line production and cannot be produces.
2) There is no utility required to play a flash drive in windows windows 98 and greater.
3) Remember thumb rule, when you think the price is too good to be true, then it probably is. means, if some is selling at an unbelievable low price it clearly means its a fake product. no matter they say its imported, stock product or whatever.... its 100% fake. imported = chinese, stock = cheap quality.
