Feedback system for India is full of flaws

I am a relatively successful seller on ebay and i would like to give honest feedback that there is a need to revise the feedback system on ebay.

 

I have sold over 3000 items on ebay and got 22 negative feedback. Indians dont give positive feedback easily and even if there is slight mistake negative feedback is given immidiately.

 

EBAY india should take into account total orders serviced by a given seller and give some weightage of successful orders. 

 

Its safe to assume that if 3 months have passed and buyer has not raised any complaint then the buyer is happy with purchase. So practically speaking I should get credit for all the happy customers till now.  This is completely missed out by ebay in seller rating system and everything is governed based on your ratings. 

 

CAN ANYONE from EBAY India pass this improvement suggestion to top ?
