It is high-time for eBay to consider about splitting Feedback percentage into two categories i.e. Feedback as a buyer and feedback as a seller. A good buyer may be a bad seller. There are members who constantly cheat people on eBay and get negative score. But their feedback percentage is not so bad as they regularly buy and get positive feedback as buying on eBay needs advance payment in most of the cases. Though there are other side of the coin too, Buyers becoming prone to be victimized. As for instance, events of refusal in sending articles by the owner to the customer who win in auction is increasing. Customers bid as they see good feedback percentage of the seller which in most such cases actually collected as a buyer. Most of the cheated bidders do not check the feedback score thoroughly. But eBay can do little to stop such cheats but can help the bidders by providing separate feedback percentage as seller and as buyer.
