I Ordered a phone Refurbished Lenovo zuk z1 on 09/08/2017. It was delivered on 21/08/8017. It was not working, it just stuck on boot . I took it to service centre, he just formatted the phone and phone is now working . But know no sim card is working (NO SERVICE). I called ebay to return the product, they told me, no return available as per ebay policies and told me to go to service centre that it is in 6 month manufacturing warrenty. When I went to service centre, they told me that we will not repair this phone . Niether warrenty nor return . I dont know what to do now.
I have been fraud called twice asking my debit card number .
