I had ordered a Canon 550D camera through Ebay ... and i used Dusshera Promo Code ... i am entitled to get a 1TB WD External HDD ... I have not yet recieved it yet ... i have been following up with Customer Care for some time and still no response. Its been now more than 3 months. Everytime, they used to say shortage of items. Now, item shortage has been resolved, but shipping problem. I want to know a definite date when the item will be shipped. Every time, the CC keep saying, they will ship that week itself and this itself has gone for more than 3 weeks ... Please provide a definite answer rather than just postponing it every week.
