Payment Method: Online transfer from ICICI Bank account to
seller's HDFC Account.





I bought this item for Rs.
14000/-. The seller undertook to send a new, sealed Nokia 6630 with a free 512
MB MMC Card and USB Data Cable.





The item I received is:





1. A SECOND-HAND Nokia 6630. I found internet bookmarks
already present, recent realplayer files already
played.





2. The Box was NOT sealed as stated.





3. The phone was badly chipped and scarred. Please note that
this was even in places that were well protected by the packaging which
indicates that the phone was like this before being shipped.





3. It was shipped without a Data cable or an MMC Card.





 





On the day of receipt, I called up the seller on his mobile
and informed him that the data cable and MMC Card had not been included. The
seller promised to have them shipped the next day. He even sent me a message
stating this.





 





On further examination, I found the internet and

bookmarks in the phone. I messaged the seller
about this. Since that point, he has refused to pick up any of my calls. He
always hangs up or switches off his phone.





 





I intend to open a dispute with the seller using the dispute
console. Can anyone help me as to what other steps I can now take?





 





I will NOT let this issue rest.

Thanks for your reply, however I would like you to read the following mail I had sent to customer support and the subsequent reply I received, hope this will let you have a clear picture about the whole issue.

My mail to CS.

Seller Contact: No-The seller does not answer

Customer concern: Its been more than 20 days, I haven't received the
product yet,both the contact numbers of the seller is not reacable since
the day of payment, I made the payment of Rs.13850/- on the very same
day of purchase,there is once more ID which belongs to the same person(I
assume so) which is vexat,I tried all my ways to contact him,but he is
not reachable at all,I have raised a dispute against this issue,hope
eBay has not yet released the Draft for the payment I made for the item.

Hello Ajit,

Thank you for writing to eBay.

I understand your frustration regarding the non receipt of the item
number : 6463801164 although you have paid for the item through PaisaPay
ID: 15868488814.

I would like to inform you that when a PaisaPay payment made by the
member is "Paid" and "Confirmed", the amount paid by the buyer is
credited to the seller's PaisaPay account.

As you are aware that eBay consolidates all confirmed PaisaPay
transactions every 7 days and sends it to the seller as per the payment
cycle. On checking our records, I have noticed that the payment for this
transaction has already been sent to the seller.

I do understand that you had tried to contact the seller, however you
have yet not received any response from the seller. I suggest that you
once again try to contact the seller regarding the dispatch of the item
by following the below mentioned steps :

- Click on the 'Advanced Search' link located at the top of most eBay
pages.
- Click on 'Find Contact Information'
- Enter in your Sellers User ID and the Item number and click on search.
A email will be sent to the Seller and yourself with each others contact
information.

Further, with regards to the dispute filed by you against the seller
which you have close accidently, I have forwarded a copy of the
concerned department so that they can address this issue. You should be
hearing from them very soon.

As always, my goal is to help you with your questions as quickly and
accurately as possible. I appreciate your patience and understanding
regarding this matter and wish you continued success on eBay.

Please advise as to how should I track this issue, whom should I contact next, the seller is not at all reachable on any of the numbers provided by him during the transcation, I have been trying to reach the seller since past 20 days, trying to reacg him almost everyday.
