Debit Card Amount debited but paisapay transaction failed

Ebay,

I tried to purchase Item no 110768204562 at around 1:30 am morning of Nov 2 ,2011 through Paisapay debit card payments using SBI Debit Card.The amount Rs.17000 got deducted from my account in SBI statement with transaction ref no POS PRCH POS ****91 BILLDESK SBIPG but Paisa pay gave error that debit card payment cannot be completed ,use a different payment mode.There was no confirmation from the paisaypay also the item is not reflecting in My paisapay or ebay purchase history.I request you to either reflect the transaction in paisapay or refund the amount asap. I have contacted SBI and they told me that transaction is successful at their end and could have failed at ebay side only .Please resolve my issue asap. (Ebay User id : paavankumar)

I tried purchase Laptop found on the link http://www.ebay.in/itm/HP431-231-TX-Intel-Core-i5-2430M-2-4GHz-4GB-DDR3-HDD-750GB-HD-6470M-1-GB-/230756643044?pt=IN_PC_Laptops&hash=item35ba2af0e4#ht_1818wt_1139. Item number: 230756643044. While pay through online transfer, message showed like "Transaction NOT successful. Try some other mode.", however amount Rs. 29969.10 from my account. Later I check my Purchase history where this purchase was NOT found. Kindly confirm my order or reimburse my amount.

On 03.05.2012, I tried to purchase a DVD (Paisapay ID 31255579362) off ebay with my SBI Bank Debit Card and twice it displayed an error message. So, I tried for the third time and the item was purchased.

Later, when I looked at my SBI bank account statement, I saw that my account was debited three times for the same amount (Rs. 1833.00). So, I was charged (1833+1833+1833 = Rs. 5499) for an item which was only Rs. 1833.

Here's how my last three transactions look like in my bank account statement-

Please post all the Item Numbers of products which you have bought and having problems. Someone from eBay will get back to you soon.

Same issue for me, I had purchased stamps through ebay on 07/05/2012, the payment deducted from my AXIS Bank, not reflected in ebay. Now no response from ebay customer care. Pathetic customer care.

If anybody has received refund in such scenarios, please mention the same here and the procedure to do so, so that all sufferers can be helped out.

I think this all directs to the consumer court some time.

Acutally, i was planning to buy an item for the first time in ebay but after seeing all these comments, its making me think a lot....so now i hav decided to cancel the pucrchase.. dis shows d unresponsive nature of ebay.....very bad...
