No Response from Ebay. Pending case from 45 days: Ebay Billing Team???

We have sold some items on ebay and ebay is not able resolve our problem and they are taking too long. We first reported this to ebay on Feb 14, 2012 and still i.e on Mar 30, 2012 the answer is pending.
Its about ebay final value fee.Ebay has charged us a different fee(i.e 5%) compared to whats written in the ebay fee chart (i.e 2%). What is the Ebay escalation procedure and problem resolution timeline.



Below is the last chat that I had with customer support and the supervisor and still I am waiting for the call from ebay( where is 7:30 pm promise )

The items are listed in Consumer Electronics-> Electronic Gadgets ->Other Electronic Gadgets
category. The items are voltage converters of 20 and 50 watt which are not "TV Accessories"
so I assume the fee should be 2% however they have been charged 5%.

Last time I called ebay the customer support told me that the extra fee will be credited in the next invoice however, I do not see any credit in my invoice

This is regarding my case on ebay fee that is pending form last 20 days, the last time I talked to the customer support rep, he told me that the case has been resolved and you will get the extra fee credit in your ebay invoice, however there has been no credit in the invoice.

I want the credit for the items already reported and the items in the same category in the current invoice as well, please find a permanent solution the this as every time I am selling a similar item in the same category the wrong final value fee is being applied.

They wont even reply, same kind of thing happened with me.

A guys calls me and says that we have a discount running on using features.

His name was Mr Sagar Shinde, fearing that it might be some on else, i asked him to send me a mail with all the details.

And his answer was "I am sending it right away"

That was on 10th Feb and finally i receive a mail on 15th Feb, the promotion period was 1st feb to 29th Feb.

Still i agreed to use the required amount of features that was 6000(40% discount if i achieve Rs 6000)

On 29th Feb, i called him to ask for the amount i have reached, he calls me after 30 mins and confirms that i have used features worth 5900.

I re-confirmed it by saying that i need to use one pro-pack in order to get 40% discount, and he agreed.

Still now i have not received any credit and when i spoke to him , he said that the matter has been handed over to the account department.

Its 2 weeks and the status is same.

When i calculated the total features, i was below Rs 6000

Mr sagar gave me wrong information and he has stopped responding to emails and does not calls back.

Ebay-You can listen to the recorded conversation between us on 29th Feb.

Another proof is that, after talking to him on 29th, i used a pro pack on one of my product(within an hour)

You can check my detailed bill and there you would see a pro pack on 29th feb.

The same thing happened with me, Mr Sagar Shinde promised discount on using features worth 6000, but not credits till date. ebay chat team told me send mail at incswebhelp@ebay.com but never got any reply. It is so frustrating
