IN THIS MAIL I WOULD LIKE TO DISCUSS A VERY SERIOUS ISSUE WHICH HAS HAPPENED WITH ME.
BRIEF DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS:-
A BUYER NAMED SATISH KUMAR ITEM I.D.:- 250703970773 BUYER I.D.:- 2009SATISHKUMAR PURCHASED THIS ITEM FORM ME .
IT IS A VERY RARE AND EXPENSIVE ITEM.
A FEW DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY TOOK PLACE HE CALLED ME AND SAID THAT HE DOUBTED THE ORIGINALITY OF THE ITEM. I TOLD HIM TO RETURN THE ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND.
NOW, AT THIS TIME HE SAID THAT I SHOULD RETURN 50% OF THE AMOUNT BACK AT FIRST THEN HE WOULD SEND THE ITEM BACK.
I FLATLY REFUSED THIS DEMAND AND TOLD HIM TO SEND THE ITEM BACK AT FIRST.
NOW, SUDDENLY AT THIS POINT OF TIME THIS BUYER OPENED A ITEM NOT AS RECEIVED/DESCRIBED CASE AGAINST ME. STILL HE DID NOT COURIER THE ITEM BACK TO ME.
THE CASE KEPT ON LINGERING.
NOW, SUDDENLY A WEEK BACK, ONE MR. SOHAIL I BELIEVE FROM THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT CALLED ME UP.AND WITHOUT LISTENING TO MY SIDE OF THE MATTER TOLD ME IN STRAIGHT TERMS TO REFUND THE AMOUNT.
I TOLD HIM (MR. SOHAIL) THAT THIS IS NOT THE CASE AS IT SEEMS TO HIM AND HE SHOULD LISTEN TO MY END OF THE CASE AS WELL.
NOW, MR. SOHAIL FROM THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT IS CALLING ME 2-3 TIMES A DAY AND HE FLATLY REFUSES TO LISTEN TO ME.
I AM A POWERSELLER ON EBAY. I HAVE HUNDREDS OF SATISFIED BUYERS WITH ME.
YESTERDAY I.E. 2ND DEC 2010 MR.SOHAIL CALLED ME UP AND HAD AN ARGUMENT WITH ME.HE FLATLY TOLD ME THAT, THE BUYER IS CORRECT AND I AM WRONG. NOT WILLING TO LISTEN TO ME.
HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT IF I WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HIM I AM FREE TO DO SO. AND THREATENED IF THAT IF HE WANTED TO CLOSE THE CASE HE CAN DO IT ANYTIME AGAINST ME.
IS THIS A JOKE GOING ON? I HAVE SENT A EXPENSIVE ITEM TO THE BUYER. AND MR. SOHAIL WANTS ME TO REFUND THE BUYERS AMOUNT.
SO I BELIEVE THE BUYER KEEPS THE ITEM AND ALSO GETS THE REFUND IF I GO ACCORDING TO MR. SOHAIL FROM THE EBAY CLAIMS DEPARTMENT.
NOW, AFTER I TALKED TO MR. SOHAIL YESTERDAY I CALLED UP EBAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND TRIED TO LODGE A COMPLAINT REGARDING NON TRUST IN MY CLAIMS ADJUSTER MR. SOHAIL.
I TOLD THE EBAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT THAT I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE IN MR. SOHAIL FOR A FAIR TRIAL AND THAT I WANTED A CHANGE. THIS CALL WAS RECEIVED BY A LADY I BELIEVE NAZARIN( NOT SURE OF THE SPELLING) AND THIS LADY CAN YOU BELIEVE TRANSFERRED THE CALL DIRECTLY TO MR. SOHAIL.
HE IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME THAT IF I WANTED TO COMPLAIN I AM FREE TO DO SO.
AND THAT HE WOULD REMAIN MY CLAIMS ADJUSTER AND NO MATTER WHERE I COMPLAIN AND HE BANGED THE PHONE.
I ONCE AGAIN CALLED UP EBAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT. NOW, THIS CALL WAS RECEIVED BY ONE MR.SUMIT. WHEN I TOLD HIM MY ISSUE HE PUT ME ON HOLD AND TOLD ME TO WAIT.
AFTER A WAIT OF MORE THAN 6 MINUTES HE CAME BACK(MR.SUMIT) AND TOLD ME THAT HE HAD A WORD WITH MR.SOHAIL.
AT THIS POINT OF TIME I TOLD THE EBAY CUSTOMER SUPPORT THAT IF I AM COMPLAINING AGAINST NON BELIEF IN A EBAY CLAIMS ADJUSTER THEN HE SHOULD HAVE TALKED TO A PERSON SENIOR TO HIM. HE TOLD ME THAT THERE IS NO POLICY UNDER WHICH A CLAIMS ADJUSTER CAN BE CHANGED. AT THIS POINT I TOLD HIM THAT EBAY ALSO DOES NOT HAVE A POLICY WHICH SAYS THAT A CLAIMS ADJUSTER CANNOT BE CHANGED.
I THEN TOLD EBAY C.C.(MR.SUMIT) TO FILE A COMPLAINT REGARDING MY MATTER. AFTER A LOT OF HASSLES HE LODGED A COMPLAINT FOR CHANGE OF
CLAIMS ADJUSTER VIA COMPLAINT NO: 00478970.
PLS. HELP ME OUT IN THIS CASE. MR. SOHAIL IS DEAD AGAINST ME. IF THERE IS ANYONE IN EBAY WHO CAN HELP ME OUT. IF I AM TALKING A CLAIMS ADJUSTER SHOULD ALSO TALK AND NOT GIVE THREATS. DON'T YOU THINK THIS AMOUNTS TO UNFAIR PRACTICES FORM THE CLAIMS ADJUSTER MR. SOHAIL....MAYBE JUST TO SHOW EBAY RESULTS. BUT TO SHOW RESULTS HE CANNOT MAKE A SCAPEGOAT OF ANYONE ACCORDING TO HIS WHIMS AND FANCIES.
PLS. HELP ME IN GETTING MY CLAIMS ADJUSTER MR.SOHAIL CHANGED FOR A FAIR TRIAL TO TAKE PLACE. MR. SOHAIL HAS ALSO GIVEN HIS CELL NO:- 9967319471 TO ME. FOR WHAT PURPOSE HAS HE GIVEN ME HIS CELL NO? DOES EBAY ALLOW ITS EMPLOYEES TO GIVE THEIR PERSONAL CELL NUMBERS TO THE ANYONE ON THE EBAY PLATFORM? I DONT THINK THAT EBAY ALLOWS ITS EMPLOYEES TO DISCLOSE THEIR CELL NUMBERS.
OR MAYBE MR SOHAIL IS ABOVE ALL AND IS EXEMPT FROM ALL EBAY POLICIES WHICH GOVERN ITS EMPLOYEES.
I DOUBT HIS INTEGRITY AND IF YOU CAN LISTEN TO ALL THE CONVERSATIONS IF RECORDED WHICH HAVE HAPPENDED BETWEEN MR.SOHAIL AND ME..YOU CAN EASILY MAKE OUT THAT IT IS JUST PRESSURE AND THREATS WHICH ARE BEING ISSUED BY MR. SOHAIL.
