ID 37307513697 CLAIM ID  641757 (CLOSED DELIBERATELY) LAVA IRIS 406 RECEIVED DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.

 

THE DAY RECEIVED THE PRODUCT, SAME LODGED THE REFUND CLAIM.  DO LETTER FROM SERVICE CENTRE OBTAINED. INFORMED MFG. CO, SELLER, EBAY ALL DEPARTMENTS INCLUDING GRIEVANCE AND VIGILANCE ETC.  ALL ARE FOOLING THE CUSTOMERS AND MAKES YOU LINGURING TILL YOU  GET FED UP OR FORGET.  SURPRISINGLY, YOU CANNOT CALL HEAD OFFICE MUMBAI AS THEY  HAVE BLOCKED INCOMING CALLS.

 

THIS IS SECOND TIME HAPPENED BUT LAVA IRIS WAS LAUNCHED AT EBAY ONLY OTHERWISE I RETREAT THE WAY EBAY DOES WITH HIS CUSTOMERS WHO IS HIS SOURCE OF BUSINESS.

 

IN GUJARAT, AT SERVICE CENTER, WHEN I SEEK FEEDBACK ABOUT LAVA SERVICES / PRODUCTS, I FOUND NEGATIVE.

MY SECOND EXPERIENCE LIKE THAT PERSON FELL INTO TIGERS CAGE AT DELHI.  NO ESCAPE.  30 DAYS COMPLETED WITH GENUINE FEEDBACK REPORT AND VIDEO CLIPS WITHIN 3 HOURS REPORTED TO EBAY AND EBAY TREATS US LIKE THAT TIGER (VIJAY) DID WITH THAY PERSON.
