I regret to say that I do not agree with your understanding of the situation. I believe it is also your duty to check the quality of the product sent by your seller in case of claims of wrong products. Just because it is not broken or damaged it does not mean that I have been sent the correct product. This should have been a bigger issue for you since an apparently same product is bigger in size than the original (Nokia Lumia 525 digitizer). I am very disappointed with your service and resolution. Since you are not going to help me in this I have to find out why 2 digitizers for the same mobile differs in size if they are both original.

 

It is very strange that the seller has replaced the product (received replacement today - 21st Jan) although customer care refused to help by rejecting my claim.
