One of my buyer purchased an item Blackberry Storm 9530 worth Rs 8,400/- on Thu, Jul 21, 2011 at 21:17, PaisaPay ID 29488333329, On Fri, Aug 12, 2011 at 12:09 Buyer raised claim - eGuarantee Claim # 56893 staing item not as expected and then on Wed, Sep 28, 2011 at 17:25 I received another mail stating buyer has sent the item to get refund i.e from -
Payment date - 21 July to 28 Sept = 70 Days approx,
Claim raising date - Aug 12 to Sept 28 = 36 Days approx,
Ebay guarantee claim should be closed within 20 days from the date of raising the claim as per ebay guarantee rules and regulation of there timeline but on this special guy Mr Aniket no rules bind him he does whatever he like and he never listen to any seller as he think that all seller on ebay is fraud and they are not worthy to be listened, he has a unique feature of saying whatever he want to say and disconnect the call at last.
What a market ebay.in just fabulous for buyers not for sellers !!!

Ebay always talks about policy , Rules and Regulation and try to show there is something like seller protection also but there is only buyer protection and no seller protection.
If there is anything like that then pay back my money Rs 8,400/-.
Why you all didn't close the claim within the timeline and how could you all even think of refunding the amount to the buyer after 36 days from opening the claim and 70 days or 2.5 Months from payment date !!!
does this rules and regulation only applies to us and not to you all ???.
