Ebay bids secretly to increase the commission amount.

Many times when I placed the bid and clicked on "Confirm Bid", it showed me "Your outbided". It's very suspicious.

Why will anyone create fake a/c to bid and later not to buy it?

Not exactly,

What might happen is that the current highest bidder must have set a higher maximum bid amount.

This higher bid amount makes your current bid Outbid

For example current bid is 500 and the highest bidder has set maximum as 1200.

SO until you set bids greater than 1200. you will be outbid instantly for all bids below 1200.

If ebay start showing maximum bid then Bidding will decrease , resulting in loss of revenue.

We stopped selling in Auction mode since most(almost 100%) of the times buyers did not pay.

Thanks

Ebay does not do any trick.
1. Be first to bid.
2. Use auto bidder and set your limit.

" Be first to bid."

An auction is not a race so bidding first doesn't guarantee a win. The auction goes to the highest bidder regardless when the bid was placed, beginning, middle or end of the auction. As long as your bid is higher than anyone else's when the auction ends, you win the item.
