1 User --- 6 Multiple Id's Selling The Same Item?:|

Well I don't know I m right or
wrong but what I can see is quite clear.... Wrote to Ebay customer support so
many times and they are just not understanding... But the thing is quite clear
-- God knows why can't they understand.. Now the thing is of using multiple user
id's by a single user. What I have written to Ebay customer support goes like

Plz see My html design is copied -- animated welcome , animated smiley, animated
blue line + photograph, my table design. Regarding my html design copy -- my
whole description and my photographs -- my whole data -- copied by 6 users --
alphatraders_in1, electronixworld, sanghvi_collections, bidnbuyindia ,
digitalworld_2k and ikonplus -- So he is using 6 multiple id's on ebay. This
time I will be very much clear to you -- The way u said I m reporting it in the
same manner as I guess u don't understand what I say

style copied of my listing... What else will I think about this now ?? One more

will appear out of which only one is of Tamil Nadu seller and all other are same
which I have reported. And why Ebay customer support is mum ??? I prepare my
listing with so much effort and one seller will come and just use my stuff like
this -- What has to be my reaction over it ??

Hi touchy,

I will support you on this. Even my listings also gets copied with some other seller. This becomes with new seller mostly.

Reporting one listing from a seller to eBay is no use.

See, the seller has many ids and a turbo lister. He logins with other ids and simply upload. These sellers will not last long at eBay if they continue to copy other's work. ---------------

Hi!

In one point I am fully agree with Navneet, that this type copying of description, images, artwork is generally done by new comers(new sellers). No experienced or reputed i.e. high profile sellers will do this. Because every reputed sellers always believe in uniqueness in their business. When I was new i.e. I donot have that much experience in listing creation, I had copied images, description from various sellers, like Megapower, Halwawala, Cellphonewala. But now its not necessary for me.

I donot know wheather you will agreed with me, that when we are ready to help the new comers for their existances, if they copy some concept from some experienced co-sellers, we should not mind. If they copy any unique artwork from you, request them to remove that, I am sure if new comers is genuine, will remove that.

I have seen a number of new sellers had copied as it is from my listing, including my image url also. I requested some of them to change at least URL, and most of them did it.

Hello,

Since there has been a question raised on my id,let me make my stance clear.

First of all,i would like to apologise to touch n shine for the inconvinience caused to him.I will at once make the changes and create my own listing for the said product.

I have been on ebay since the time when it was bid or buy India.Though my ratings do not show that but history would.

I have already faced similar problems like touch n shine of listing copy cats however,the only reply i got from ebay was that the content used in my listing is freely available on the net.Copyright infringements takes place only on copy of orignal content or copyrighted content and not on content merely copied from an open free source(mind you content and not the lay out or designing part).

About the multiple id issue,i would love to own the other id's mentioned by you touch n shine however,that is not the case.I would rather focus my energy on electronixworld.

I once again convey my apologies to touch n shine and would change the listing at once.

In support of skyshop India,i would also like to add is,if the new comer is genuine,he will definately remove ur genuine work because,casual new comers will not be able to sustain their business by copying stuff.

Hi electronixworld !! It hardly
takes between 5 - 10 minutes to change the listing but still u have not changed
it -- If u want to copy the description -- copy it but plz change the design --
coz whenever I see it I feel like u have taken all my efforts and have copied it
and have prepared your listing in this way. One more thing it's good that u love
to own other id's but I would like to tell u selling the same items with the use
of multiple id's is just not allowed. Still u r saved -- It's just a suggestion
-- If u r owning the other id's then list different items from them rather than
listing the same items -- coz it will come in violation. See if I m selling ---
Nokia Phone -- and if I create 6 multiple id's to sell that product coz
with each id I can list the product for 5 times -- then I can create total 30
listings -- Don't u think it comes under violation ?? Any of the Ebay
pinks are seeing this post ??
