i bought a phone on ebay, when received was not as described by the seller. i immediately filed a claim with ebay guarantee. 15 days passed by but i have received no response from customer care. i kept calling them and every time i was told that i will receive a call within 24 hours , but no response. then first time i received a call telling me that they tried to contact the seller but he was not reacheable so they have emaild him and if within 48 hours he does noy responds , the case will be deceided in my favour. but after 48 hours and from last 6 days i am calling customer care and i receive the same reply that we are sorry sir and yoir case has been escalated on top priority and you will receive a call in 24 hours, but than also no response from their side. i am unable to understand what i should do........my case id is 160627....
