I am facing problem in my newly bought mobile HTC One M9 from ebay dated 21 Nov 2015.There is some software problem as its not booting. item is under 6 months software warranty by seller. i tried to contact seller many times and mailed also on 19 Feb 2016, but i didn't get any reply. i raised issue through ebay customer care services on 21 feb 2016 through mail. On 25th feb i called customer care service as i didn't get any reply and request 1 was provided and i was assured to get resolution within 24 hours. on 28th feb i got mail from service recovery team that they called me on 27th and i didn't pick their call, but i didn't get any call. However i confirmed them that my problem still persist so plz take action asap. But till now i have not received any call or mail from recovery team. Response of Ebay and seller is very pathetic. i am highly disappointed by the service of Ebay.I would like to suggest to all to stay away from ebay. Details of purchase:
