First check with the courier to see if there is delay for a reason.

If you dont get a response, check with buyer to verify that it is indeed posted on that date and if it has been returned.

 

Sometimes, there are lot of shipping problems depending on destination and courier, you've to work with the courier guys and your buyer to ensure your package is not lost. Good luck!
