I was trying to buy sewing machine through E-bay since yesterday thrice by using my payback points from ICICI,
However unable to proceed my points redeemed but there is no purchase order made. When I have called to customer service to address the issue staff RAVI handle my call very un professionaly and not ready to help me at all.
When I asked him to transfer to supervisor or manager he denied and start giving me excuses, It was very unexpected response from customer care I am surpriced..!!
Request you to look into this on priority and get back to me on my mobile number *** .waiting for your positive feedback.
