Seller received the payment and is now saying the watch i purchased through bidding did not match the price of the watch and called me and threatened me to cancel it myself.
I purchased the watch through the bidding process fair and square.
Two CS team executives I spoke with did not sound confident whether I will get my product or not.
Should I seek legal action against the seller ?
Please advise.
