My son he bought BLACK BERRY BOLD 4 9900 through Record number 33026. paisapay ID:41579307393 The item delivered to my address and i paid Rs 7400/- to the courier service.item received is a defective one.then as per the advice i sent back the item to the shipper address on 02.02.2016 by 'professional couriers' with ref No: NEY2211365.so far no communication sent for refund.kindly help me in this regard to get refund.
At last my son have received through email for the claim id " We understand your concern from your mail to provide proof of return shipment for the claim id 1629445."
now you are asking me to contact the seller .seller is responding to my call.also ' WHY SHOULD I CONTACT SELLER ?' i bought through ebay. why you are redirecting me to seller ? Are you ashame of it ? are you only for profits? if any problem you are showing your back.
in growing e commerce business world you are seems to be a black mole. should be watched carefully.
