i have paid for item on 24/01/12 and item listing is removed from ebay for some reason.
but the problem is shipping timeline expired and the refund was made. but now refund is put on hold as seller raised the disputed.
but main problem is seller has shipped the item after the
shipping timeline expired without informing ebay and item is mp4 player which is damaged as the display is not working properly.
seller is a total scam as item is damaged shipped the item knowing item is damaged.
i want money refunded.
seller should be blacklisted from ebay.
what should i do?
i have sent emails to ebay but no response.
