I Received a malfunctioning laptop, screen does not start properly. ebay resolved my claim stating that item is under manufacturer warranty and visit manufacturer service center. now service center is 100 km far from my town, this will cause me mental stress,lot of time and lot of money, but warranty is claimed when an item gets defective while using but I received a improper functioning laptop you are liable to return it or exchange it. I am a lawyer before start taking legal actions please give me proper solution for my problem
