really disappointed with the services of ebay

I really disappointed with the services of ebay I booked a sandisk memory card. But did not received yet my airbill no. Hyd2543664572. Xpress courier and . I booked on 24 aug 2015 its such a fraud that are u doing. Not an issue will raise this concern to the next level. I received a msg that my product is delivered on 1 sep 2015. But I didn't received my product yet. I pay money of Rs. 501 advance. And please took a strick action against these type of sites also tell more and more people through social sites. I called ebay customer care since 4 days bt nobody pick my call. Its really a bad experience with ebay. I just want to say just refund my money or send m a product.
