i bought a mobile in march. but mobile camera not worked, then i raised a claim. & finally claim adjuster nilesh t mail me that reship the item to seller for refund & he told me you get reshipping after sending POD. but till now on date i mailed many time to ebay & do calls on customer care they told me you get reshipping charge in next some days. but till on date 25-07-2012 i not get the reshipping charges. i want to do claim against to customer care who make me fool till date, so any body tell how can i get my reshipping charges? & how to report against customer care my claim id is 80736. or is it totally fraud system?
