"block sellers"

Is there a way to "block sellers" similar to the way to "block bidders". I don't necessarily want to block them from searches but I want to protect myself from bidding on their products. These are sellers who have not necessarily defrauded me but for what ever reason I don't want to buy from them again and I may not remember their id a few months down the road.
