Hi Guys
I'm finding it difficult to contact ebay customer care, if you go to customer support it is so complicated. Why can't they just simply put an icon saying contact email or phone? I have received an email from smartshopping12 regarding my order for BATTERY OPERATED BOTTLED WATER DISPENSERELECTRIC PUMP. The supplier was so frustraded with Ebay's powership service factor.
If customer care can read this message, they should contact me and listen to the sellor to understand his grievences and resolve it. If I don't receive a response from customer care then I can imagine they give a **bleep**.
