actually seller dispatched as on 22/11/2014.
i raise a claim to refund( seller not dispatched the item).
but no action to be taken.
atlast seller sent that item on 01/12/2014.
item received on 04/12/2014.
but that nokia original is brokened, missed headphone and item saw as used.
immediately i called ebay customer care and told the details, they take a complaint.
my claim request was closed because that reason is item received.
but after that nothing action to be taken of my complaint.
after that long gap,ebay wants some photographs of item.
i sent the photos on 16/12/2014. after that sent a video on 19/04/2014.
again lot of times i called customer care, the action to be taken (every time i wait 45 mins for talk supervisor but they didn't connect to supervisor) every time i wait 45 mins for talk supervisor but
at finally 24/12/2014, e bay says we didn"t do anything, you asked seller.
WHAT CAN I DO FOR NEXT?
