I purchased an adapter, when I received it, it was not working. I contacted the seller <Removed> they told me to send the product back, they gave me the address and told that they will refund the amount. I sent back the product, it is already delivered there on 3 may and still I haven't got the refund. After I have sent the product the are even not replying me.
I feel that I have been cheated by you.
This is unprofessional and a negative impression
