well i have purchased and order from an international reseller via ebay.in the time limit for the order to reach my place was yesterday however my order is still under customs clearance. However i haven't confirmed delivery on my order via my paisa pay and hence i got a new dead line of 5 days more.
if in these 5 days i do not receive my order ebay will think i have received it unless i state i haven't. The issue now is the debit card linked to my bank account i used to purchase will be upgraded to a new account at the same bank, so how would i go about receiving any refunds. I will be getting a new debit card as well.
