Its quite disappointing that ebay call help centre not giving right information regarding my issue, i calling last 2 month regarding this issue but not any one giving right information, all the time all told that within 48 hours it will resolved, can you please help me and take this mail as my request for my payment issue. Please put this as priority.

I have purchased one product and payed via credit card but at that time ebay have some technical issue that's the reason my item wrongly shown as cash on delivery without knowing that my parents payed for the product. Prodcut received but i payed twice for the product. Can you please refund my cash on delivery amout via coupon or cash. The product details i given below:
