I brought a Violin though ebay and since its a damaged product I claim for replacement or returning my money back. I was asked to send back the goods and I send the details within the time provided for me to send the details. But since then I'm in trouble. Even after sending so many mails and reminders to check the status, nobody respond back to me. When I check with your online chat system, I was told that the claim is closed. Now who will tell me how to escalate this issue? I was a satisfied customer of eBay and brought multiple items before, but now I'm fed up with the service I'm getting.
