Cash On Delivery is a very dangerous mode of payment for both the seller and the buyer.
Buyer doesn't get a chance to inspect the item before making the payment. There are many cases where the postman does some fraudulent-work and delivers the package without the expected item in it. eBay also do not provide any protection for their buyer who opts for COD. If they had paid through Paisapay(or any other valid mode of payment) then the buyer has a chance to claim against any fraudulent-act even if they don't get the product as described.
Seller on the other hand has high chances of package getting bounced back due to various reasons at the buyer's end. Also a transaction takes too many days to complete through COD due to the long transit time through Govt Postal Service.
