claim request closed - arrogant

i raised a claim on 11th nov. Meanwhile i also spoke to the seller. The seller has not yet send me the correct product. . But today my claim request has been closed . this happened even after my conversation with the arrogant telecalling executive and informing him not to close the claim,

 

The telecalling team of ebay was only providing lip services. all fake. when iam telling him the truth that iam in touch with the seller and asking him to hold th claim for few more days. He was arrogant enough to close the same immediately after the call.

 

If ebay employee are working towards their SLA and KPI then customer service will go for a toss.

 

now if the seller is not sending a replacement what should i do , my complaint is also closed.
