claim approval

This is regarding my paisapay id *** and Claim ID: ***.

I dont find myself safe on shopping on ebay now.
Your customer support is so dumb that they even dont understand english.
In my claim i mentioned that i have received a damaged product i.e zipper is not working and without any call to me they rejected claim and when i contacted they have no answer to contact ebay gurantee team.
One of junior executive said you have mentioned quality issue thats why it has rejected and then i asked him to read so he got zipper is broken but he was helpless !
You people even dont have coordination with your teams.
Kindly refund my amount asap or cupon of 110% whatever.
