cheating and fraud by a seller

i have won a bid for the item 250419144891. before bidding on this item
the shipping charges within sellers city was free. when i tried to pay
for the item, it was showing shipping as 49rs. i requested the seller to
send the invoice without shipping as it was free. now the seller has
sent the invoice again. the seller has changed the shipping from free
within sellers city which was before the bid ended to rs. 24 after
winning a bid. this is a case of cheating & fraud. please look into the
matter. i bidded on the item as the seller had listed the item as free
shipping & after winning the seller changes it to rs.24.

I think that the Seller should not charge you anything for the shipping as it was free in the listing. You must report this to eBay so that they can force the Seller to ship the item to you for free. Have a nice day!
