Hi, You may request the Seller not to ship the product. The Order would get cancelled after seven days. Also, ask the seller to initiate refund request with PaisaPay so that another 5 days cooling time is not wasted in refund process. You may place another Order for a different product.
In such situation, though seller receive credit for his final value fees , his listing charges can not be credited back. And that is the reason most of the seller do not wish to cancel the transaction once placed.
