I had bought an item which I found faulty. I left a -ve feedback immediately so that other buyers can be aware of the issues with the product. However the seller called me and profusely apologized and requested me to revise my feedbback since -ve feedback will affect his ratings. He offered me to accept a refund for the same. While I revised the ratings from -ve to +ve, I left my comments stating that the product was very ordinary. Post which the seller asked me to raise a refund claim. However he has now rejected my refund claim. This amounts to breach of trust and is a clear "CHEATING" case.
E-Bay India should take this seriously and communicate to its seller about this feedback and ensure he reunds my money and doesn't repeat this again.
